Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem zaknihování akcií z pohledu akciové společnosti. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé kroky, které bude muset akciová společnost učinit, aby úspěšně přeměnila listinné akcie na zaknihované. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the process of stock booking from the perspective of a joint stock company.
