My disertation concerned with basic law regulation in hire´s relation in non – cooperative flats, role of state in convenience of inpact of hire´s deregulation. Diseration describes the situation in hire´s relation before claiming the hire regulation, statistics of hire´s relation and recomens solution of different interests our liveries and flat – dwellers.
