Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje charakteristice bakterie Clostridium botulinum. Zaměřuje se na využití botulotoxinu v medicínské oblasti i kosmetickém průmyslu. Popisuje případy pacientů s botulismem a představuje diagnostické metody detekce Clostridium botulinum nebo botulotoxinu.
Abstract:
This work is devoted to the characteristic of the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It focuses on the use of its product botulinum toxin in the medical field as well as the beauty industry. It describes cases of patients with botulism and presents diagnostic methods for detection Clostridium botulinum or botulinum toxin.
