Competences of a manager in the Industry 4.0 environment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vymezení iniciativy Průmysl 4.0 a problematiky stresu a zátěže v tomto období. Vymezení klíčových kompetencí manažera pro čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci, zejména pro práci ve FinTech prostředí. Na základě výsledků analýz psychologické diagnostiky a rozhovoru byla vytvořena doporučení pro zkoumaného manažera. Na základě zpracování dílčích cílů, byly vypracovány návrhy na zkvalitnění manažerské práce a osobní rozvoj manažera v prostředí Průmysl 4.0.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on defining the Industry 4.0 initiative and the issue of stress and burden in this period. Defining the key competencies of a manager for the fourth industrial revolution, especially for working in the FinTech environment. Based on the results of analyzes of psychological diagnostics and an interview, recommendations were made for the researched manager. Based on the elaboration of partial goals, proposals were developed for the improvement of managerial work and personal development of the manager in the Industry 4.0.
