Thesis discusses the influence of river Bečva, in vicinity of Hustopeče nad Bečvou settlement, on the changes in geodiversity in its channel while concentrating on the changes caused by the major flooding in the year 1997, which served as an impulse for the development of almost natural channel with high diversity. Táto práca pojednáva o vplyve rieky Bečva, v blízkosti obce Hustopeče nad Bečvou, na zmeny geodiverzity v jej koryte, pričom sa zameriava najmä na zmeny spôsobené povodňou z roku 1997, ktorá bola impulzom pre vývoj prírode blízkeho koryta s vysokou diverzitou.
