Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přestupky a jinými správními delikty v dopravě. Zaměřila jsem se na skutkové podstaty přestupků v silničním provozu a bodový systém, kterým jsou přestupky evidovány a sledovány v registru řidičů. This thesis deals with misdemeanors and other administrative offenses violating rules in traffic. I focused on the merits of road traffic offenses and points system whose violations are video-recorded and monitored by the register of drivers.
