Aukce a dražby byly, jsou a zůstanou zajímavým způsobem zpeněžování majetku. V bakalářské práci jsou vysvětleny základní rozdíly mezi aukcí a dražbou, včetně stručného historického přehledu. Další kapitola je věnována problematice oceňování nemovitostí. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy a popsány metody oceňování majetku – nákladový, porovnávací a výnosový. In the bachelor thesis, the basic differences between various types of auctions are being explained, including brief historical summary.
