Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením pojišťoven na finančním a realitním trhu, aplikací jednotlivých metod oceňování při stanovení pojistné hodnoty. Popisuje klady a zápory jednotlivých metod oceňování a analyzuje jejich praktickou využitelnost při stanovení pojistné hodnoty nemovitosti. Práce je zaměřena na podmínky v České republice.
