Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je Prokuratúra a jej vzťah k trestnému konaniu. Prokuratúra jej špecifický orgán, ktorý nemožno bez výhrad zaradiť k žiadnej z existujúcich mocí. Z ústavne vymedzenej pôsobnosti prokuratúry vyplýva jej zaradenie do systému orgánov ochrany práva. Je orgánom, ktorý napomáha napĺňať garancie zákonných práv a slobôd a vytvárať tak právny štát.
