A comparison of the application of the strategic management of two companies oriented in the incoming tourist services

Anotace:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je porovnání a posouzení strategického řízení dvou firem ve skupině na základě metod strategické analýzy. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody vycházející z odborné literatury, které se používají pro správnou tvorbu strategie a pro její analýzu. V praktické části jsou představeny společnosti Premiant City Tour, s.r.o. a Prague Inspiration, s.r.o. a jejich strategická analýza aplikovaná na základě popsaných teoretických metod, vyhodnocení, strategické cíle a samotná tvorba strategie. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí těchto analýz a porovnání daných strategií.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison and examination of the strategic management of two companies in a group based on the methods of strategic analysis. The theoretical section describes the methods based on specialized literature that are used for the right formulation of the strategy and its analysis. The practical part introduces the companies Premiant City Tour, s. r. o. and Prague Inspiration, s. r. o. and the analysis of these companies applied on the basis of the described theoretical methods, their evaluation, strategic goals and the creation of the strategy. The conclusion is devoted to a summary of the analyses and comparison of the given strategies.
