Cílem tohoto projektu je prozkoumat vliv zvyšující se motivace zaměstnanců v malých a středních podnicích v Evropě na jejich výkonnost v rámci organizace. Byly vybrány dvě společnosti ke splnění cíle projektu, a to z Česka a Lotyšska.
