Abstract:

Diplomová práce Zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob a přínos chráněných dílen při jejich začleňování na trhu práce se v teoretické části zabývá vymezením zdravotního postižení, postoji společnosti k lidem se zdravotním postižením, dospíváním a dospělostí lidí se zdravotním postižením. Dále se věnuje práci jejím významem pro zdravotně postiženého člověka a také lidskými právy osob se zdravotním postižením. Ve třetí kapitole je rozebrána problematika zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, jsou zde rozebrány nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, také je nastíněná legislativa a jsou zde zmíněny bariéry, se kterými se osoby se zdravotním postižením setkávají při hledání zaměstnání. Čtvrtá kapitola charakterizuje chráněnou dílnu. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit přínos chráněné dílny při začleňování osob se zdravotním postižením na trh práce. Sběr dat byl uskutečněn pomocí rozhovorů a k vyhodnocení byla použita technika zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Employment of disabled people and the contribution of sheltered workshops on their integration in the labor market in the theoretical part deals with the definition of disability, attitudes toward people with disabilites, adolescence and adulthood for people with disabilities. It also discusses the work, signifikance for a disabled human and the human rights of persons with disabilities. The third chapter discusses the issue of employment of people with disabilities, discussed in active employment policy instruments, also is outlined legislation and here are mentioned berriers with which people with disabilities face in finding employment. The fourth chapter describes the sheltered workshop. Aim of the work was to determine the contribution of sheltered workshops in integrating people with disabilities into the labor market. Data collection was carried out through interviews and evaluation technique was used grounded theory.
