Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tříděním potravinového odpadu v restauračních zařízeních České republiky. Ke zkoumání této problematiky jsem si zvolila takové metody jako jsou polostrukturované rozhovory se zaměstnanci vybraných restaurací, metodu sněhová koule a také zúčastněné pozorování. This bachelor thesis goes into detail about food waste sorting in restaurants in the Czech Republic. To explore this issue, I have chosen methods such as semi-structured interviews with the staff members of various restaurants, the snowball method, and participant observation.
