Maintenance effectiveness improvement project in XY company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem opatření pro management údržeb ve společnosti XY. V úvodu této práce je stručně shrnut cíl práce a postupy zvolené pro jeho dosažení. Zacílení teoretické části spočívá v předložení teoretických východisek pro zpracování ana-lytické a projektové části. Analytická část se následně zabývá současným stavem oddělení údržeb společnosti XY, nedostatky na poli plánované a neplánované údržby a návaznostmi na ostatní procesy ve společnosti. Poslední, projektová část si klade za cíl změnu organizace preventivní údržby napříč všemi výrobními úseky tak, aby tato probíhala na platformě plánovacího SW poskytujícího další užitečné funkce pro snížení celkové poruchovosti a tím neplánovaných prostojů v jednotlivých výrobních úsecích. Celý projekt je orientován na vyšší výstup podniku nejen v období ekonomického rozmachu.

Abstract:

This dissertation deal with steps proposals for maintenance management of company XY. There is short targer summary and the steps for it?s achievement at the introduction of this dissertation. The target of the theory part of the dissertation consist in presentation of theo-ry basis for analytic and the project parts work out. Analytic part of the dissertation is con-cerned on the actual status of the maintenance department in XY company, weak points on the field of the planned and unplanned maintenance and the connections on the rest of the processes in the company. The last project part is propose the change in the maintenance organization throughout all the production divisions in order this proces will be held on the planning SW platform which will provide other useful funktions for the overall breakdown rate cut-down and the unplanned losses hand in hand in particular production divisions. Whole project is oriented on higher company output not only during the economic growt.
