Práce se zabývá strukturou a úkoly policie a státního zastupitelství. Součinností v trestním řízení při vyšetřování a objasňování trestných činů. Možnosti urychlení trestního řízení resp. vyřešení činu bez nutnosti soudního řízení. Potřeba reformy policie a aktivní účasti státního zástupce na vyšetřovací fázi trestního řízení
Abstract:
The work deals with the structure and tasks of the police and the prosecution. Synergies in law enforcement in investigating and explaining the crime. Options expedite criminal proceedings respectively. resolve the offense without legal proceedings. The need for reform of the police and the active participation of the public prosecutor to the investigative stage of criminal proceedings
