Abstract:
Uvedení do problematiky nájemních vztahů. Prezentace základních pojmů – pronajímatel, nájemce, byt, nebytový prostor, druhy bytů. Rozbor nájemní smlouvy. Zánik nájmu nebytových prostor. Možnosti provádění oprav a technické zhodnocení. Pohled z hlediska daňového.
Abstract:
Introdution of problems of rental relations. Presentation of basic definitions – roomer, renter, flat, non-residental room, typs of flats. Analyse of rental contract. Way of ending of the rent of non-residental rooms. Possibilities of making a repairs and technical estimation. Look at the aspect of taxes.
