The position of talent management in the career planning of organizations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na propojení kariérového plánování a talent managementu v organizacích. První část práce je věnována literárnímu přehledu, kde jsou podrobněji popsány pojmy jako talent, kariéra, talent management, kariérové plánování a následně propojení kariérového plánování a talent managementu. Praktická část se zabývá popisem vybraných organizací, následně je použita metoda strukturovaného rozhovoru a metoda komparace. Nedílnou součástí práce je návrhová část, ve které jsou organizacím navržena případná doporučení ke zlepšení situace.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the connection of career planning and talent management in organizations. The first part of the work is devoted to a literature review, where terms such as talent, career, talent management, career planning and subsequently the connection between career planning and talent management are described in more detail. The practical part deals with the description of selected organizations, then the structured interview method and the comparison method are used. An integral part of the work is the design part, in which possible recommendations to improve the situation are proposed to the organizations.
