Use of IS Attendance to Increase Work Efficiency

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to put impact at the introduction of the working attendance of employees at information system as one of the elements of the effectiveness of the work of the staff. The first chapter defines basic concepts defining the legal regulation in the field of theoretical education in the conditions of the Slovak republic and describes the information systems used to record attendance. In the second chapter describes the characteristics of the succinct table of contents SR in the selected organization which used to keep track of attendance and analysis of the use of options IS IS having an impact on increasing the effectiveness of the work of its staff. In the third chapter, we present the final summary and recommendations for the use of IS education.

Abstract:

Cieľom práce je poukázať na vplyv zavedenia IS dochádzky ako jedného z prvkov zvýšenia efektívnosti práce zamestnancov. Prvá kapitola teoretická definuje základné pojmy vymedzujúce právnej regulácie pre oblasť dochádzky v podmienkach SR a popísanie používaných informačných systémov na evidenciu dochádzky v SR. Obsah druhej kapitoly je stručné popísanie charakteristiky vybranej organizácie, predstavenie používaného IS na evidenciu dochádzky a analýza možnosti využitia IS s dosahom na zvýšenie efektívnosti práce jej zamestnancov. V tretej kapitole predkladáme záverečné zhrnutie a odporúčania pri využívaní IS dochádzky.
