Stimulation and motivation of employees in the company
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky stimulace a motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě, vytvořit analýzu současného stimulačního a motivačního systému ve firmě SANIZO spol. s r.o., navrhnout postup vedoucí k efektivnímu zlepšení na základě zjištěných výsledků dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is based on the theoretical background issues of stimulation and motivation of employees create in the company, to create an analysis of the current stimulation and motivation system in the company SANIZO spol. s r.o., propose a proces leading to effective improvements based on the findings of a questionnaire survey.
