Outsourcing of Accounting

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku outsourcingu. Podává o ní komplexní obraz s užším zaměřením zejména na zpracování účetnictví. V prvních kapitolách vysvětluje tento pojem a pojmy s ním související, uvádí jeho hlavní výhody a nedostatky a zasazuje proces outsourcingu do českého právního prostředí. Zároveň provádí čtenáře celým procesem uzavření outsourcingové smlouvy, od důvodů proč takovou smlouvu vůbec uzavřít a výběru partnera až po samotný podpis smlouvy, případně ukončení spolupráce. Práce také porovnává míru využití outsourcingu účetnictví v České a Slovenské republice a specifikuje zjištěné rozdíly. V úplném závěru nabízí pohled na outsourcing účetnictví v České republice z pohledu konkrétního dodavatele služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the process of outsourcing. It offers a general view on this process with a main focus on outsourcing of accounting services. In the first sections of this work term outsourcing, as well as terms related to it are explained and advantages and disadvantages are discussed together with specifications of outsourcing under the principles of Czech law. It also takes the reader through the whole process of signing an outsourcing contract, from analyzing whether it is a good strategy for a particular company and finding a proper provider of the service to the actual signing of an agreement or cancellation of the contract. The thesis also compares the degree to which outsourcing of accounting services is used among the companies in the Czech and Slovak republic and analyzes the conclusion. The very end of this work is focused on outsourcing of accounting from the point of view of a specific provider of the service in the Czech Republic.
