The Nutrition Day in the Nursing Home in Pardubice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu malnutrice u seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou malnutrice, možnostmi diagnostiky malnutrice, uvádí přehled standardizovaných nutričních dotazníků a popisuje specifika výživy ve stáří. Praktická část práce představuje projekt "Nutriční den v domovech pro seniory" a prezentuje, porovnává a hodnotí data získaná během mezinárodního výzkumu.
Abstract:
The bachelor study is dedicated to the thesis of the malnutrition by erderly. The theoretical part deals with the specifications of malnutrition, options diagnostics of malnutrition, gives overview of standardized nutritional question-forms and describes specifics of nutrition in old age.
