Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje prevenci syndromu vyhoření u osobních asistentů. Cílem práce je popis možností prevence syndromu vyhoření u osobních asistentů. Důraz je kladen na osobní zkušenost a vlastní pohled na danou problematiku. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První obsahuje vymezení pojmu osobní asistence jako sociální služby. Dále popisuje osobního asistenta jako pracovníka v sociálních službách a roli standardů kvality sociálních služeb v kontextu syndromu vyhoření. Druhá kapitola se věnuje pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho fázím, projevům, příčinám a diagnostice. Tématem třetí kapitoly je prevence syndromu vyhoření. Vymezuje preventivní opatření na straně jednotlivce i organizace, roli uživatele v prevenci syndromu vyhoření a supervizi. Praktická část je zpracována jako případová studie. Hlavní metodou sběru dat byl rozhovor s osobními asistentkami pracujícími v organizaci ŽIVOT 90 – Jihlava. Dále bylo použito pozorování, zpracování anamnestických dat osobních asistentek ve vztahu k uživatelům služby a dotazník syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část popisuje možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření na základě analýzy rozhovorů se sedmi osobními asistentkami. Závěr praktické části obsahuje doporučení pro praxi vycházející z poznatků výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a burnout syndrom prevention among personal assistants. The aim of this thesis is to describe posibilities of the burnout syndrom prevention among personal assistants. Emphasis is placed on personal experience and their own perspective on the issue. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one personal assistance as a social service. It also describes the personal assistant as a social worker and it defines a quality standards function in relation to burnout syndrom. The second chapter works with concept burnout syndrom, it’s phases, causes and it’s diagnosis. The third chapter is about burnout syndrom prevention. It defines precautionary measures of workers and organisation and the cause of client in burnout syndrom prevention. It defines also suprevision. The practical part is processed as a case study. The main method of data collecting was interview with personal assistants in organisation ŽIVOT 90 – Jihlava. There were also used observation, the treatment of case-history data of personal assistants in relation to the service users (characteristics of the individual personal assistants) and the questionnaire on the burn-out syndrom. The practical part describes posibilities of burnout syndrom prevention based on analysis of interviews with 7 personal assistants. The end of the practical part contains recommendations for practice based on the findings of the research.
