Abstract:

Annotation ANTALOVÁ, Ľubica, Bc.: Information asymmetri and financial deasions in the chosen company. [Diploma's thesis]. Banking Institute of the University of Prague, a foreign university in Banská Bystrica. Department of Finance. Thesis supervisor: Doc. Ing. Musa Hussam, PhD. Year of defense: the 2013th. Number of pages: .... The thesis is to discover and confirm as many options in terms of the investment activities of the selected enterprise evaluation Želežiarne Podbrezová Group, Corp., which would contribute to reducing the extent of asymmetry and thus sound financial decision making and financial management of the enterprise. The work is divided into two main chapters. The first deals with the theoretical starting point. In the second part of the work analyses the various options, the financial situation of the company and the investment activities in the various regions. On the basis of these data, examines the correlation between them and confirmed the theory of the previous section. The third chapter summarises the findings and proposes a way of use of the theory.

Katedra financií. Vedúci práce: Doc. Ing. Musa Hussam, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: .... Cieľom diplomovej práce je objaviť a potvrdiť čo najviac možností hodnotenia investičných aktivít v podmienkach vybraného podniku, Železiarne Podbrezová Group, a.s., ktoré by prispeli k znižovaniu miery finančnej asymetrie a teda k správnemu finančnému rozhodovaniu finančného manažmentu podniku. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch hlavných kapitol. Prvá sa zaoberá teoretickým východiskom danej problematiky. V druhej časti práca analyzuje jednotlivé možnosti hodnotenia, finančný stav spoločnosti a investičné aktivity v jednotlivých oblastiach. Na základe týchto údajov skúma súvzťažnosť medzi nimi a potvrdzuje teóriu predchádzajúcej časti. Tretia kapitola sumarizuje teóriou zo zisteniami a navrhuje spôsob ich využitia.
