Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podmíněným kapitálem na finančních trzích. Podmíněný kapitál (či nástroje podmíněného kapitálu) je označení pro speciální druh hybridních nástrojů, které jsou emitované finančními institucemi za účelem zvýšení stability emitující instituce a plnění požadavků veřejnoprávní regulace.
