Mnohočetný myelom (MM) je druhé nejčastější hematoonkologické onemocnění charakterizované maligní proliferací plazmatických buněk. MM je stále nevyléčitelné onemocnění pacientů nad 65 let. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most common hematolooncological disease characterized by malignant proliferation of plasma cells. MM is still incurable disease of patients with more than 65 years. There is an effort to identify easily obtainable markers of this disease, which could be microRNA (miRNA).
