Internal Communication in Škoda Auto

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikaci ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO.Hodnotím současný model interní komunikace ve společnosti Škoda AUTO a.s. a posuzuji jeho celkovou efektivitu v dosahování plánovaných cílů a naplňování firemních očekávání.Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je interní komunikace organizací v oblasti podnikové sféry. Cílem bakalářské práce je s využitím aktuálních domácích a zahraničních zdrojů přiblížit současné modely a trendy interní komunikace v podnikovém prostředí v perspektivě různých konceptů řízení organizací (taylorismus, fordismus) až k současným teoriím manažerské práce vyžadující adekvátní soubor kompetencí k porozumění a řešení stále složitějších sociologických systémů organizací, působících v proměnlivém prostředí tržních vztahů. Hlavní úsilí mé bakalářské práce věnuji analýze stávajícího stavu firemního informačního kanálu, inovaci a distribuci interních novin ŠKODA mobil k cílové skupině.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with internal communications in ŠKODA AUTO. I evaluate the current model of internal communication in Škoda auto a.s. and assess its overall effectiveness in meeting planned goals and meeting company expectations. The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the internal communication of organizations in the sphere of business. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to draw on current domestic and foreign sources to present current models and trends of internal communication in the corporate environment in perspective of different concepts of organization management (taylorism, fordism) to current theories of managerial work requiring an adequate set of competencies for understanding and solving solutions to increasingly complex sociological systems of organizations, operating in a changing environment of market relations. The main effort of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the current status of the company information channel, innovation and distribution of the ŠKODA mobil internal newspaper to the target group.
