V této bakalářské práci se věnuji mikroprostředí kostní dřeně u mnohočetného myelomu a jeho významu v patogenezi. Buňky kostní dřeně interagují s myelomovými buňkami a tyto interakce jsou ovlivněny adhezivními molekulami, cytokiny a receptory. Abstract:
In this thesis, I focus on the bone marrow microenvironment in multiple myeloma and its role in pathogenesis. Bone marrow cells interact with myeloma cells and adhesive molecules, cytokines and its receptors influence these interactions.
