Land registers of the village Johanová in years 1588-1654

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to produce a concise catalogue of the land registers of the village Johanová near Vsetín in the 16th and the 17th century and to offer much additional information to scholars exploring the particular area. The thesis deals with the problematics of land registers and patrimonial administration in Bohemia, focuses on the history and development of the village Johanová and in general on Vsetín dominon, of which it is a part, until the present time, when the village has been renamed to Janová and is a part of Zlín county. The core part of the thesis consists of a codicological and diplomatical analysis of the land registers and the catalogue containing basic information about the entries, such as names of participants, financial deals and concrete arrangements for future payments. There is a summary of the financial situation in Bohemia with the information about the coins used, pictorial attachment and a list of sources at the end.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto práce je sprístupniť regestový katalóg a mnoho iných užitočných informácií bádateľom v oblasti histórie dediny Johanovej neďaleko Vsetína v období 16. a 17. storočia. Práca podáva výklad o gruntovných registroch, gruntovných knihách a patrimoniálnej správe v Čechách. Zameriava sa na históriu a vývoj dediny Johanovej a Vsetínskeho panstva, ktorého bola súčasťou, až do jej aktuálneho stavu ako samostatnej obce neďaleko mesta Vsetín. Hlavnú časť práce tvorí podrobný kodikologicko-diplomatický rozbor samotných registrov a samostatný regestár, čiže stručné záznamy z jednotlivých zápiskov. Regesty obsahujú mená účastníkov jednania a samostatný právny záznam s informáciami o následnom platení, splácaní či vyplácaní dlhov. Práca taktiež obsahuje prehľad mincových pomeroch v Čechách a v Európe v období 16. a 17. storočia a na záver aj obrazovú prílohu a zoznam použitých prameňov a citovanej literatúry.
