Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpersonálními vztahy na pracovišti. Cílem práce jeprůzkum mezilidských vztahů na konkrétním pracovišti z hlediska zaměstnance.Teoretická část popisuje související témata: mezilidské a pracovní vztahy, sociálnía pracovní skupiny, sociální styk, komunikaci a negativní jevy na pracovišti.V praktické části je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření analyzována atmosféra napracovišti, vztahy mezi zaměstnanci, jejich vzájemná komunikace a negativní jevy napracovišti, stresové faktory či konflikty mezi zaměstnanci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with interpersonal relationships at the workplace. The aimof the thesis is to explore interpersonal relationships at a particular workplace fromthe employee’s point of view. The theoretical part describes in detail the relatedtopics: interpersonal and working relationships, social and working groups, socialcommunication and negative phenomena at the workplace. In the practical part, thequestionnaire survey analyses the atmosphere in the workplace, the relationshipsbetween employees, their mutual communication and negative phenomena in theworkplace, stress factors or conflicts between employees.
