Nurses' opinion of hospitalizing preschool child with father

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou hospitalizaci dítěte předškolního věku s otcem. Cílem práce bylo zjistit názor zdravotních sester na tuto problematiku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje pediatrii, její vývoj a vývoj vzdělávání dětských sester. Dále je pak zaměřena především na vývojové období předškolního věku, hospitalizaci dítěte a její negativní vlivy na psychiku a vývoj dítěte a nakonec na komunikaci s dětským pacientem a jeho rodinou. V praktické části je popsána metodika výzkumného šetření, které proběhlo pomocí anonymních dotazníků. Poté následuje interpretace získaných dat s grafickým znázorněním a diskuse.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, I deal with the issue of hospitalization of pre-school children with their fathers. The aim of this work was to find the opinion of nurses on this issue. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes paediatrics, its development and development of education of paediatric nurses. Further, it focuses mainly on the development period of pre-school age, the hospitalization of the child and its negative effects on the psyche and development of the child and finally on the communication with the child patient and his family. The practical part describes the methodology of the research survey which was carried out using anonymous questionnaires. Followed by the interpretation of the acquired data with graphical representation and discussion.
