Diverzita, evoluce a selekce u genů kódujících toll-like receptory TLR2 a TLR9 u čeledi Equidae
Diversity, evolution and selection of genes encoding toll-like receptors TLR2 and TLR9 in the family Equidae
Abstract:
Toll- like receptory hrají důležitou roli ve vrozené imunitní odpovědi. Zatímco TLR2 interaguje extracelulárně s bakteriálními ligandy, TLR9 váže virové komponenty v endosomech. Kompletní kódující sekvence těchto genů nebyly dosud známy u jiných equidů než u koní. Hlavním cílem této studie stanovit sekvence 9 druhů z této čeledi, lokalizovat jejich mezidruhovou variabilitu a případné SNPs a srovnat …moreAbstract:
Toll- like receptors play an important role in the innate immune responses. While TLR2 interacts with bacterial extracellular ligands, TLR9 binds viral components in endosomes. The complete coding sequences of those genes have so far not been reported in other equids than in horses. The main objectives of this study were to determine coding nucleotide sequences of the TLR2 and TLR9 genes in all available …more
