Diplomová práce na základě krmného pokusu sleduje vliv kmínu kořenného (Carum carvi) na užitkové vlastnosti a biochemické parametry krve brojlerových kuřat. Cílem práce bylo shrnout dosud zjištěné poznatky o využití kmínu a dalších fytoaditiv ve výživě brojlerových kuřat a následně provést krmný pokus. Abstract:
This diploma thesis monitors the influence of caraway (Carum carvi) on the performance and biochemical parameters of the blood of broiler chickens based on a feeding experiment. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the findings so far on the use of caraway and other phyto additives in the nutrition of broiler chickens and then perform a feeding experiment.
