The Tomb of Václav Pešina z Čechorodu on Cemetery of Lesser Town in Prague
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je náhrobek Václava Pešiny z Čechorodu na Malostranském hřbitově v Praze. V této práci jsou uvedeny poznatky k samotnému náhrobku, je proveden pokus o jeho stylové zařazení. Nedílnou součástí práce je část věnována objednateli uměleckého díla, vzpomínané osobě, jakož i osobě tvůrce uměleckého díla.
Abstract:
This bachelor diploma thesis deals with tomb of Václav Pešina z Čechorodu. Thesis concerns of three main parts. The first part is dedicated to tomb of Pešina. There are some informations about cemetery and funeral art general in this thesis. I tried to find possible idols of tomb, and I found very similar tomb of Antonín Hanikýř at Tábor, both tombs were made by the same author. I also mentioned iconograhy …more
