Physiotherapy in Functional Female Sterility

Abstract:

Úvod: Zamyšlení se nad zvoleným tématem. Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u ženské funkční sterility a seznámit veřejnost s teoretickými i praktickými poznatky týkajícími se této problematiky. Metodika: Tato kapitola je zpracovaná formou kazuistiky a zabývá se prací s vybranou klientkou. Součástí je vstupní vyšetření klientky, na základě tohoto vyšetření navrhnutí krátkodobého plánu, popis jednotlivých terapií s pacientkou, kontrolní vyšetření. Na základě výstupního vyšetření stanovení dlouhodobého plánu. Výsledky: Odstranění bolestí v krční páteři, svalových dysbalancí v oblasti pánve, zlepšení funkce bránice a posílení hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Diskuze: Porovnání dosažených výsledků se studiemi, které jsou součástí teoretické části této bakalářské práce. Závěr: Díky fyzioterapeutické intervenci došlo k otěhotnění pacientky.

Home: Elaborating on the topic choice. Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to unveil the solutions to the issue of physiotherapy of the female functional sterility and present theoretical and practical findings concerning these problems to the audience. Methodology: This chapter is written in the form of a case report and focuses on a period of work with a selected client. The analysis of the client's initial examination is a part of this chapter, and a further suggestion of a short-term plan is based on this examination. A description of individual sessions with a patient and a final examination are also included in the chapter. The setting of a long-term plan is based on the results of the final examination. Results: Elimination of the pain in the cervical spine and muscle imbalance in the pelvic area, the improvement of a midriff function and strengthening of the deep stabilization system. Discussion: A comparison of the outcome with the studies mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis. Conclusion: The occurrence of the patient's pregnancy thanks to physiotherapeutic intervention.
