Abstract:
V diplomové práci se věnuji studiu protein-proteinové interakce mezi MAGE-C2 a EID2 proteiny za použití metod molekulového modelování, molekulové dynamiky a in silico alanine scanning. Tyto výsledky jsou poté porovnány s in vitro experimentálními daty za účelem validování možných modelů, které by nám umožnily dat biologická data do strukturního kontextu. In this thesis I explore the protein-protein interaction between MAGE-C2 and EID2 using molecular modeling, molecular dynamics and in silico alanine scanning. These results are compared to in vitro experimental data to validate possible models, that would allow us to put the biological data into structural context.
