Abstract:
Kyselina retinová je malá lipofilní molekula (derivát vitamínu A) zapojená do proliferace, diferenciace a histogeneze buněk. Tato kyselina má důležité klinické využití například při léčbě leukémie. Retinoic acid (RA) is a vitamin A (retinol)-derived, small lipophilic molecule involved in cell proliferation, differentiation or histogenesis, with important clinical applications, e.g. in leukemia treatment.
