Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je rekognice živých osob. Vysvětluje pojem rekognice a popisuje její podstatu. Zabývá se historií této kriminalistické metody a dále popisuje konkrétní druhy rekognice živých osob. Poté je v práci popsán postup přípravy této rekognice, včetně fází. Dále se práce zabývá zásadami, které se musí v průběhu provádění rekognice dodržovat. V praktické části této práce je rekognice analyzována z psychologického hlediska a také jako neodkladný a neopakovatelný úkon.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the recognition of living persons. It explains the term recognition and describes its essence. It deals with the history of this forensic method and further describes the specific types of living person's recognition. Thereafter, the process of preparing this recognition, including the phases, is described. Furthermore, the work deals with the principles that must be followed during the implementation of the recognition. In the practical part of this thesis, the recognition is analyzed from a psychological perspective and also as an urgent and unrepeatable act.
