Layout of a Magazine Dealing with Social, Cultural and Political Issues

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá definicí globálních problémů a jejich pří-padným řešením pomocí uměleckého výstupu. Stručným průletem historií i současností světo-vého umění jmenuji vybrané umělce, kampaně, organizace nebo skupiny bojující s příčinami a řešící důsledky politických, sociálních a kulturních problémů. Uvádím také kritéria a pod-mínky dobré kampaně, které jsem vytvořila pomocí analýzy svého veřejného průzkumu. V praktické části se zaměřuji na oslovení veřejnosti a upozorňování na aktuální problémy po-mocí časopisu, který prezentuje ty nejzajímavější umělce současnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis in its theoretical part deals with the definition of global issues and with the possibili-ty of solving them by art outputs. After a look into the world´s art history and presence I name a few chosen artists, artistic groups, campaigns or organizations fighting with causes and sol-ving the consequences of the political, social and cultural issues. I also name criteria and con-ditions of a successful campaign, which I created by analyzing my public research. The practi-cal part is focused on alarming the audience and society and on pointing out current issues. I do that through the magazine that presents the most interesting artists of the present.
