Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce v praktické části analyzuje na příkladu konkrétní situace jednotlivé fáze postupu SBS a Policie ČR při krádežích v obchodních domech. V praxi ji lze využít jako metodickou pomůcku pro pracovníky SBS. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí trestného činu, definicí pachatele trestného činu krádeže a jeho chování z hlediska kriminologické psychologie, obecné psychologie a hlediska empirického. Dalším hlediskem členění je vztah pachatele ke zcizenému majetku ? pachatel vnitřní, vnější a spolupráce pachatele vnitřního s vnějším.

Abstract:

In its practical part this bachelor thesis analyses the individual stages of the private security services and the Police of the Czech Republic procedure during theft in shopping malls on a concrete situation case. It can be used as a methodical aid for PSS employees. I deal with the definition of crime, definition of perpetrator of theft and his/her behaviour in the terms of criminological psychology, in the terms of general psychology and from the empiric view. The relationship between the perpetrator and the stolen property is another point of view ? the inner perpetrator, outer perpetrator and their cooperation.
