Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací právní úpravy krizového managementu České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Cílem práce je detekovat slabé stránky obou systémů a vytvořit soubor doporučení k jejich zmírnění.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a comparison of the legal regulation of crisis management in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The aim of the work is to detect the weaknesses of both systems and to create a set of recommendations to mitigate them.
