Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje problematiku optimalizace dopravních cest vybrané společnosti za pomocí aplikace vhodných metod z operačního výzkumu. Práce je rozdělená do dvou hlavních částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická, ve které jsou popsány klíčové pojmy jako operační výzkum, logistika, doprava atd. Druhá část je aplikační a obsahuje popis dané společnosti spolu s dopravními cestami a také popis problému, který je řešený pomocí vybraných metod. Autor se zde snaží o snížení počtu ujetých kilometrů a zároveň snížení času, který řidič stráví na cestě, což by pro společnost znamenalo finanční úbytek. Konkrétně je aplikovaná Modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda a Maďarská metoda. Pomocí Modifikované Vogelovy aproximační metody se podařilo optimalizovat jednu trasu, díky čemuž došlo ke snížení nákladů a ujetých kilometrů. Po aplikaci Maďarské metody došlo k zjištění, že by obě dvě trasy končily příliš brzy, tudíž tato metoda nepodává relevantní výsledky. Po srovnání výsledků dochází k závěru, že současný stav je finančně více náročný, než stav po aplikaci Modifikované Vogelovy aproximační metody.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyzes the problematic of transport routes picked by a selected company optimalization using the appropriate methods from operational research. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical-methodological, which describes key concepts such as operations research, logistics, transport, etc. The second part is application and contains a description of the company along with transport routes and also a description of the problem, which is solved using selected methods. The author is trying to reduce the number of kilometers traveled and at the same time trying to reduce the time the driver spends on the road, which would mean a financial loss for the company. Specifically, the Modified Vogel approximation method and the Hungarian method were applied. Using the Modified Vogel approximation method, it was possible to optimize one route, which reduced costs and kilometres. Following the application of the Hungarian method, it was found that both routes would end too soon, so this method doesn´t give relevant results. After comparing the results, it is concluded that the current state is more financially demanding than the state after the application of the Modified Vogel approximation method.
