Tato diplomová práce se z převážné části zabývá stanovením a identifikací vybraných polyfenolických látek v různých částech rakytníku řešetlákového (větve, plody, listy) pomocí RP-HPLC s UV/Vis detektorem. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with determination and identification of selected polyphenols in the different parts of sea buckthorn (leaves, branches and fruits) by RP-HPLC with UV/Vis detection. Changes in content of selected analytes in dependence on harvesting period were observed. The next part of the work was aimed at sample pre-treatment due to elimination of matrices.
