Práce shrnuje základní poznatky o Voice over IP - administrativní kroky, instalaci a použití softwarové telefonní ústředny Asterisk, napojení na informační systém, službu automatického odpovídače a měření výkonu.
Abstract:
This thesis summarizes the basic knowledge in Voice over IP - administrative steps, installation and usage of software telephone exchange Asterisk, connection to information system, automatic response service and performance measuring.
