Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá skiaskopií gastrointestinálního traktu nejen z pohledu radiologického asistenta, ale také z pohledu radiologa. Teoretická část práce se věnuje historii rentgenologie trávicího traktu, základním informacím o rentgenovém záření. Stěžejními kapitolami jsou základy anatomie a přehled skiaskopických vyšetření trávicího traktu. Zmiňuje se také o kontrastních látkách a základních principech radiační ochrany při skiaskopii. Praktická část se zaměřuje především na tvorbu anatomického atlasu skiaskopických vyšetření gastrointestinálního traktu a část práce je koncipována jako přehledová studie se zaměřením na analýzu dat pacientů, kteří podstoupili skiaskopická vyšetření gastrointestinálního traktu. Součástí internetové stránky, na které je umístěn elektronický atlas, jsou také obecné informace o jednotlivých skiaskopických vyšetřeních trávicího traktu a testy k procvičení. Internetová stránka má být učební pomůckou pro studenty a pracovníky v radiologii a má zjednodušit přístup k obrazovým datům jednotlivých vyšetření pro studijní účely. Při zpracování praktické části byla využita počítačová podpora a nástroje opisné statistiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with gastrointestinal fluoroscopy not only in terms of radiologist assistant, but also from a viewpoint of radiologist. The theoretical part deals with history of gastrointestinal radiology and basic informations about X-ray. The main chapters contain basics of gastrointestinal anatomy and overview of fluoroscopic examinations of the digestive tract. It also alludes the contrast agents and the basic principles of radiation protection in fluoroscopy. The practical part focuses mainly on creating anatomical atlas of fluoroscopic examination of the gastrointestinal tract and part of work is designed as an overview study focused on the analysis of data of patients who underwent gastrointestinal fluoroscopy. Part of the website on which it is placed electronic atlas are also general informations about each fluoroscopic examination of the digestive tract and tests for practice. The website is to be a teaching tool for students and staff in the radiology and to simplify acces to the video data of individual investigations for educational purposes. During the processing of the practical part was used computer aided tools and descriptive statistics.
