Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stereoselektivní syntézou redukovaného analogu pseurotinu A2, přírodní látky patřící do skupiny pseurotinů, vyznačující se 1-oxa-7-azaspiro[4,4]non-2-en-4,6-dionový skeletem. V literární části této práce jsou uvedeny vybrané přírodní pseurotiny, jejich biologické vlastnosti a vybrané syntézy. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the stereoselective synthesis of a reduced analogue of pseurotin A2, a natural substance that belong to pseurotin group. The group comprise 1-oxa-7-azaspiro[4.4]non-2-ene-4,6-dione core.
