Abstract:
Na základě poznatků o nádorových onemocněních jsou vyvíjeny modely, které by poskytly větší podobnost s podmínkami in vivo a tím pádem i přesnější výsledky. Tato práce se věnuje analýze expresních profilů vybra-ných genů u vzorků nádorové buněčné linie FaDu kultivované ve formě adherentní kultury a sféroidu. Abstract:
Based on knowledge about cancer, models are being developed that would provide greater similarity to in vivo conditions and thus more accurate re-sults. This work deals with the analysis of expression profiles of selected genes in samples of the tumor cell line FaDu cultured in the form of adher-ent culture and spheroid.
