Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozsah znalostí žen o močové inkontinenci po porodu. V teoretické části je popsána močová inkontinence, anatomie močových cest a samotné pánevní dno, dále jsou zde popsány proměny pánevního dna v průběhu těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřené na prevenci močové inkontinence, předporodní přípravu, cvičení před a po porodu. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou ženy informované o močové inkontinenci po porodu. Zda mají znalosti o Aniballu, o možnostech řešení inkontinence a také, zda ví, na jakého odborníka se s tímto problémem mohou obrátit. Dalším cílem je zjistit, jaký je rozdíl ve výskytu nechtěného úniku moči po vaginálním porodu a po císařském řezu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the level of women's knowledge of urinary incontinence after childbirth. The theoretical part describes urinary incontinence, the anatomy of the urinary tract and the pelvic floor itself as well as the changes to the pelvic floor during pregnancy, childbirth and six weeks postpartum. Chapters focus on the prevention of urinary incontinence, prenatal preparation, and exercising before and after childbirth. The practical part aims to find out how informed women are about urinary incontinence after childbirth - whether they know about the Aniball and the possibilities of treating incontinence as well as learning whether women know who to go to with this problem. Another goal is to identify the difference between the occurrence of unwanted loss of urine after vaginal birth and after cesarean section.
