Risk Analysis of the Company in the Logistics Area
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik v oblasti logistiky podniku. Popisuje teoretické aspekty vztahující se k analýze rizik a interní logistice. Následně představuje vybranou společnost a procesy v interní logistice. Poté zkoumá rizika vyplývající z procesů a stanovuje opatření, kterými by šlo vybraná rizika snížit.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on risk analysis in the field of business logistics. It describes theoretical aspects related to risk analysis and internal logistics. Subsequently, it presents a selected company and processes in internal logistics. Then it examines the risks resulting from the processes and establish measures to reduce the selected risks.
