Vliv Laser Shock Peening (LSP) na mechanické vlastnosti oceli

Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na technologii laser shock peening. V první části práce jsou popsány principy, vlivy na materiál, využitelnost a ekonomické hodnocení technologie. Také jsou popsány metody měření zbytkových napětí. V experimentální části probíhá ověření vlivů LSP na materiál. Jsou zde měřeny zbytková napětí a mikrotvrdosti a jejich průběhy pod povrchem materiálu. Dále je zkoumána jakost povrchu Ra …more
Abstract:
The work is focused on laser shock peening technology. In the first part of the thesis are described principles, influences on material, usability and economic evaluation of technology. Methods for measuring residual stresses are also described. In the experimental part, the effects of LSP on the material are verified.
