Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zhodnotí vztah zavedených motivačních systémů a fungování motivace ve vybraném podniku a definuje formulace zaměstnaneckých bonusů hmotného a nehmotného charakteru, které jsou motivačním nástrojem zaměstnavatele pro zaměstnance a klíčovými faktory, které mají významný dopad na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. Teoretická část zvažuje klasické přístupy k motivaci personálu a popisuje významnost a podstatu motivace. Bakalářská práce věnuje pozornost rozdílnosti mezi pojetí motiv a stimul, co může ovlivnit pozitivní postoj zaměstnanců k práci s příslušnou implementací jejich nadřízených. Praktická část je zaměřena na motivace jednotlivých oddělení a vyhodnocení spokojenosti pracovníků ohledně poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod, pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis evaluates the relationship of established motivational systems and the functioning of motivation in the selected company and defines the formulation of employee bonuses of material and nonmaterial character, which are the employer's motivational tool for employees and key factors that have a significant impact on employee satisfaction. The theoretical part considers classical approaches to staff motivation and describes the significance and nature of motivation. The bachelor thesis pays attention to the difference between the concepts of motive and stimulus, which can influence the positive attitude of employees to work with the appropriate implementation of their superiors. The practical part is focused on motivation of individual departments and evaluation of employee satisfaction regarding the provision of employee benefits, employee motivation.
